We use nothing but Free-Range from our friends at Linley Valley Pork, who raise their pigs locally in the idyllic Porongurup Ranges. Their products are then often complimented with our flavourful marinades, providing you with mouth-watering classics such as Pork Belly and Smoking BBQ Ribs.
